“Attitude and enthusiasm play a big part in my life. I get excited about the things that inspire me. I also believe in laughing and having a good time.”

Dwane ‘The Rock’ Johnson

I’m so excited!

Yesterday I decided enough was enough and I needed to at least try to go on a run and see what happened. It all started out seriously slow and my ankle held up fine. I am going to start tomorrow adding some pushups and situps into my routine and track those like my runs because my PT test is coming up in 1 month and I’ve got the run down, I just want to make sure I’ve got those two portions solid as well.

I have a serious animosity towards the test so I fully intend to freak out for the next 30 days. Which in turn will make me blab and blab about the test like a nervous patient before a procedure. Although in my current career situation it doesn’t have the amazing clout it does when you are looking for a promotion or different position, it does not look good for a Senior NCO to fail a PT test.

As you have just witnessed, I like to blab about it, so here’s to counting down to the BS PT Test!
